Refund Policy.

At Pomperipossa Studio, we accept refunds for physical products sold through this website that have been defective or damaged during shipping. The customer must report the problem within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Refund Process.

The customer must contact us through our contact form or customer service, providing details of the problem and photographic evidence. We will evaluate each case and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product and processing the refund.

 

Refund Method.

The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, or (if the customer prefers) it will be applied as a credit balance toward their next purchase with Pomperipossa Studio, which must be processed via WhatsApp: wa.me/573003668890

 

Exclusions.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Deadlines.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. Refund processing may take up to 30 business days.

 

Shipping.

We ship within Colombia.

If you place an order, it can arrive within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address you provide.

Pomeriposa Studio is not responsible for any delays to the order or product once it has been received by the shipping company.

 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions.

Delivery times are subject to road restrictions assigned by the Ministry of Transportation, or any eventuality beyond our control, such as strikes, demonstrations, road damage, etc., as this may result in extended delivery times.

Our commitment is to meet delivery times. Therefore, if you are not present to receive your order on the day it arrives, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the gate of the address indicated.
